1. Dropshipping Notice

Olexzo operates as a dropshipping eCommerce store. Products are shipped directly from third-party suppliers, and return eligibility may vary depending on the supplier. Please review this policy carefully before making a purchase.

2. Return Eligibility

You may be eligible for a return or replacement if:

Items must be reported within 7 days of delivery and must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
